Charley Draper is a multimedia designer working in projection design for live performance and film production.

He has produced projection designs for companies including Auckland Arts Festival, New Zealand Festival, Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School, Capital E: National Theatre for Children, Circa Theatre and Footnote Dance company. He has also recently had light works featured in the Prague Quadrennial (Czech Republic) and Tūrama festival.

He regularly produces independent short film and music video projects, working as a director, cinematographer and editor.

Charley formerly worked at Massey University Wellington as a Multimedia Technician and has been regularly teaching video editing, web design and projection design at Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School where he is a 2015 graduate of the Bachelor of Design (Stage and Screen).
