In this special kōrero, arts journal editors, researchers and curators, Sinead Overbye and Matariki Williams draw inspiration from the kaupapa of this storytelling series to pull apart a different form of narrative. In this conversation, they discuss the importance of un-writing and un-learning stories that Māori are told about themselves. By picking apart these false truths, space is created for Indigenous voices to become their own record-keepers.
