Sarah Connor
Sarah Connor is a freelance writer and communicator who facilitates conversations about menopause in workplaces all over Aotearoa, on social media and in her community, Wellington. On World Menopause Day 2020, she founded the grassroots project Menopause Over Martinis. Her invitation for people to talk about menopause over dinner has since grown into a movement.
Since Radio New Zealand published her personal essay about perimenopause, she’s featured in various media, and in NZ’s latest menopause books by Niki Bezzant and Nicky Pellegrino.
One conversation at a time, Sarah’s mission is for everyone to feel informed, understood, supported, and celebrated through menopause and midlife
